March GlowdayPRO Updates

As those who use GlowdayPRO know, we are always keen to improve the product for both practitioners and their patients, so here’s a round up of some of the lovely features Andy and his team have released this month…so far!

Whether you work from a single location, a main location and a couple of satellite clinics a month, have a prescribing clinic on the third Thursday of every month, the GlowdayPRO diary allows you to set up multiple clinics, at multiple locations, at no extra cost.

You can easily amend your availability and working hours across each location & set different treatments and prices for different locations.

Your patients can book you, wherever you’re based.

The ability to tidy up your Patient Directory has been a much requested feature. Whether this is to remove patients who have moved away or fallen off the radar or to archive duplicate patient accounts, you can now make patients “inactive” in your Patient Directory.

Inactive patients can’t be added to bookings, and they don’t count towards your subscription tier.

Where you’re inactivating duplicate accounts, liaise with your patients to ensure that you’re inactivating the correct account.

Setting your availability has never been easier! Simply set your Opening Hours, then make yourself available, or not, wherever your work.

This is particularly useful for practitioners who work don’t work the same days each week, or work in different locations on different days.

Your availability across all locations is then reflected in your diary.

One diary. All locations. Accurate availability.

Use your GlowdayPRO diary for everything!

You can add notes to non-treatment appointments.

Reminders, training, meetings, pick up the kids, lunch, parents evening…whatever you need to remember, add it to your GlowdayPRO diary.

Glowday.com is where patients search for excellent practitioners.

We’ve made a few changes to make this experience better for patients AND fairer for practitioners.

Where you appear in Glowday search results depends on the number of 4/5 star reviews you've collected in the last 3 months, with a boost for proximity to the post code or location being searched.

Previously, where you appeared in Glowday search results was dependent purely on the number of reviews you had.

We know that patients are looking for quality, recency and quantity of reviews, which the Glowday search algorithm now reflects.

The more high quality reviews you collect, the higher you appear & the more likely you are to attract new patients.

Here’s a short video showing you how to add locations, set your opening hours, treatment prices and availability.
