The team behind GlowdayPRO are patients. We’re consumers who buy aesthetics treatments and experience the process of booking an appointment and the administration that comes with it. It’s really the reason that Glowday, which is now the UK’s largest aesthetics website, came to be. Unlike beauty services such as hairdressers and nail salons, which have patient management down to a fine art, the aesthetics world is confusing and convoluted. We recognised it could be far more efficient, modern and simple.

Introducing The Glowday Patient Portal!

While you, as a medical aesthetics practitioner, get to be benefit from a comprehensive diary system, paperless and automated forms, treatment records, facial mark-ups and online payments, your patients get their own, private, safe and secure patient portal too. A dedicated area where they can manage their details, appointments and preferences.

How Does It Work?

When a patient is booked in either by themselves or you, we create an account for them. They are then able to login on Glowday and access their patient portal, which includes the following features:

Upcoming Appointments: Patients can view their upcoming appointments and if required, reschedule or cancel them directly in their portal. This saves a lot of unnecessary phone calls or messages to you. It also means you’re less likely to suffer from no-shows and late cancellations.

Appointment History: Patients can view all of their past appointments and relevant information such as how much they paid, and the exact treatment they had and when.

Preferences: Patients can choose if they are sent marketing emails and if they want to receive appointment reminders.

Forms: The pièce de résistance! We securely and safely enable patients to complete their medical history questionnaire and any other forms that may be relevant to the treatment in their portal. This are real-time documents, so that patients can amend them at any time and you will always be privy to the latest version. They can also view consent forms, although we expect these to be discussed and signed, in person, at the appointment.

You will have already configured the relevant forms for every treatment you offer, so as soon as an appointment is made, the right forms will automatically and seamlessly appear in the patient’s portal.

Patients will be reminded to complete them when they receive their appointment reminder, which GlowdayPRO also sends for you.
